Well, as someone mentioned above, Judy, you’ve got a little leverage now! Always nice to have when dealing with the male folk. My roof needs moss treatment and, when I mentioned getting up there to scrape and put moss-out on it, my brother had a fit, saying with my luck, I should never get on a ladder. Well, the only time I have ever fallen off a ladder was when I was nailing roof trusses on a barn my brother and I were building and the board slipped on the truss he had propped up. The truss swung down through the barn and swept the ladder right out from under me. I fell in a hard crash on top of the ladder and my brother panicked. I had the wind knocked out of me, but was able to tell him to just go in the house and get me a beer. By the time he came back, I was up and fine and I really did need the beer!
