I’ve had three and like you, Judy, my diet isn’t the cause – I have problems with calcium. My first was back in 84 and then the next one was in 2008 while we were in Hawaii for our 40th. My urologist said that the three worst pains are childbirth, abscessed tooth or kidney stone. I’ve had all three. After my last one, I was told to use lemon in my 8 glasses a day and it has helped slow down the stone making. I know I have one building, but doc says it hasn’t moved to a painful place yet. I very much sympathize with you, Judy.
