Comment on Getting Ready for Fall by Gardenpat

Here in central Ohio, it has been a cooler than normal summer so it’s taken longer for our tomatoes to ripen! On a positive note, my broccoli just keeps producing- I just picked 5-1/2 lbs of beautiful heads today before our rain came down again! Good year for rain (without flooding) too!! Very blessed for the weather we’ve had this season, but we know winter will certainly come so we’re trying to fill our pantries.
I also want to get our cold frames built this year and ready to go!
