I can’t remember ever having such low temps in August. We’re expecting rain and a cold front tonight which they said will give us temps that feel like late fall for the rest of the week. Been very busy canning and dehydrating and freezing.
Judy, I loved your idea about dehydrating kale. That’s next on the schedule for tomorrow. I’m also going to dehydrate some chard along with it. I also made the tomato powder tonight.
