There are a couple options… one is like Toni said; go to the mfg’s web site and see if they have a manual with a template. The second option is to see if you can find a local store that has the same model (I know it’s older but some of the newer ones have the same setbacks and such) and ask the store for a copy because you lost yours. Most home improvement stores don’t have a problem with making copies of the templates…. I should know since my husband has a habit of misplacing the templates… BEFORE we use them! )
